The Government of Andhra Pradesh is offering free enrolment to the overseas students under the Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima (PBB) insurance scheme until January 15, 2024.
This initiative is administered by the Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRTS) which is operated under the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The purpose of this initiative is to cater to the welfare of non-resident Telugu citizens (NRTs) who are residing in various countries. As per Venkat S Medapti, the president of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRTS) this scheme is definitely going to help those who unfortunately fall victim to an unforeseen situation while studying abroad.
The APNRTS offers several services to overseas citizens of the state (NRTs) who are living outside the country. The Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima (PBB) Insurance Scheme is one of the welfare services offered for NRTs working and studying abroad.

What are the benefits?
As per the official announcement financial assistance of Rs. 10 lakhs will be provided to students studying abroad in case of accidental death or permanent disability. Medical assistance of up to Rs. 1 lakh will be provided in case of injuries or sickness. Apart from this, a one-way air ticket will also be provided if there is a case of non-continuation of studies due to sickness or accident. Other benefits are also included in the list.

The Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima (PBB) insurance scheme is offered by the government of Andhra Pradesh. The purpose of this scheme is to provide health insurance services to all the citizens of the state.

- Click on the registration link
- Enter your name, address, mobile number, and fill other details
- Proceed to the payment button and complete the Premium Payment process.
- Click on the Submit button to finish the payment.
