Eligibility Criteria of the NTR Vidyadharna Scheme

- The applicant should be an Indian national.
- The applicant should have a valid passport.
- The students with the state’s domicile can avail this.
- Applicant should not be more than 35 years of age.
- Only one child of the guardian can avail the scheme.

- The annual income of the family should not be more than 6 lakhs.
- An income declaration certificate is required from MEE SEVA.
- Applicant must have a valid TOEFL/IELTS & GRE/GMAT.
- Applicant must have obtained admission to an accredited Foreign University.
- Applicant must secure admissions for the professional/technical courses.
- A candidate with the minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examinations will be selected as per order of merit.
Amount of the AP NTR Videshi Vidyadharana Scheme
NTR Videshi Vidyadharana Overseas Scholarship is provided as financial assistance to the students of Backward Classes. One needs to secure a seat for Higher Studies in postgraduate courses in Foreign Universities. The shortlisted candidates will be awarded Rs. Ten Lacs towards fees and living expenses by the way of a grant. Fees shall be payable in two instalments as follows:
- Instalment-I – Upon landing permit/I- 94 card, Rs.5.00 lakhs shall be payable to the students.
- Instalment-II – The second instalment will be after the result of 1st Semester exams.
The awardees are allowed for the earnings from research or teacher assistance.
