Online through NetBanking

If you are logging in for the first time, you have to register for HDFC Netbanking. You can then check your balance, anytime and anywhere by logging in the same. You can also request to have the report emailed to your mail for review.

  • Visit the HDFC Net Banking page and enter your User ID.
  • Enter the password to access the online banking page. 
  • Choose Prepaid cards from selections under the Cards section.
  • Choose the Forex Card that is already connected to your account.
  • You will be able to see the balance displayed on the screen. 

Phone Banking Method

Register your phone number with the bank to get regular notifications for every transaction that you make. You will get to see the transaction details as well as the HDFC Forex Card Balance.
