The scholarships are merit-based and automatic awards for specific academic fields including Computer Science, Art and Law, Geography, Business, Earth and Environment Sciences, and Environmental &amp; Physical Sciences.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 University of Birmingham has announced scholarships worth more than \u00a31 million for Indian students.<br>\u00a0<br>The applications for September 2024 are open for international students. <br><br>To apply, visit the official website: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/lIz9I3ZSXW\">https:\/\/t.co\/lIz9I3ZSXW<\/a><\/p>&mdash; UK in India\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf3 (@UKinIndia) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UKinIndia\/status\/1738443068586803659?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 23, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-which-scholarships-are-available-and-what-are-their-deadlines\"><span id=\"which-scholarships-are-available-and-what-are-their-deadlines\">Which scholarships are available and what are their deadlines?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 15 awards of the India Chancellor Scholarship for postgraduate students worth \u00a32,000 each, 20 awards of outstanding achievement scholarships for undergraduate students worth \u00a34,000 each, and unlimited automatic scholarships of \u00a32,000 each are available for students under the Global Masters Scholarships scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given below is a list of the seven scholarships that are available for Indian students who intend to enroll in the University of Birmingham for 2024-2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UG Outstanding Achievement Scholarships\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> April 30th, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this scholarship, 20 students will be awarded \u00a34,000 for an undergraduate programme starting in September 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subjects included: <\/strong>Pharmacy, Arts and Law, Nursing and Physiotherapy, Engineering and Physical Sciences, Life and Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy, and Social Sciences.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>DeepMind Scholarship<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> Not yet announced<br><strong>Subjects included: <\/strong>The three School of Computer Science, the University of Birmingham\u2019s scholarships are available for Postgraduate taught masters and are valued at GBP 52,565. It will include a tuition fee of \u00a327,540, and a maintenance grant of \u00a319,345 provided for living costs which will be paid in installments. An amount of \u00a31,700 will be available for purchasing essentials and \u00a31,870 for relocation expenses. Funding of up to \u00a32,200 will be provided for attending international conferences on AI and Machine Learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Global Masters Scholarships<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline: <\/strong>May 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subjects included: <\/strong>This scholarship will be awarded to the students who are applying for a taught master&#8217;s degree for the academic year 2024-2025. Subjects include Engineering and Physical Sciences, Medical and Dental Sciences, Arts and Law, Social Sciences and Life and Environmental Sciences. Students who are applying for MMus, MPhil, MLit, PGDip, and PGCert are not eligible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Million Pound Scholarship Fund for Business School Master\u2019s Students<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> March 15, 2024, decision by April 30, 2024.<br>May 15, 2024 &#8211; Decision by June 28, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subjects included: <\/strong>Under this scholarship, the students are eligible for a value equivalent to full tuition support. The Birmingham Business School is accepting new MSc students for 2024 so students can apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>GREAT Scholarships 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline: <\/strong>April 5, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subjects included: <\/strong>GREAT Britain Campaign in partnership with the British Council is offering this scholarship to the students who are applying for post-graduate courses in the College of Arts and Law (Law LLM and MSc are excluded)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>GEES Global Futures Scholarship<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline: <\/strong>For UG students, there is no deadline, there is a fee reduction on enrollment.<br>For PG students, early application is required as a limited number of scholarships is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subjects included: <\/strong>Offering a discount of \u00a32,000 on tuition fees for UG and PGT programmes, the GEES Global Futures Scholarship is available for students applying for School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences.
