If the SC reverses the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fly.finance\/blog\/news-updates\/study-abroad-loans-student-loan-repayments-in-usa-are-scheduled-to-resume-in-fall-news-2023-05\/\">rulings of the lower courts <\/a><\/strong>then it will be a relief to millions of students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the aforementioned speculation turns into reality, then the US Department of Education will have to move quickly. The department will have to approve loan forgiveness applications fairly quickly to benefit more students.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fly.finance\/blog\/news-updates\/study-abroad-loans-federal-student-loan-borrowers-can-prepare-to-resume-payments-news-2023-05\/\">Federal Loan Forgiveness Plan<\/a><\/strong>, student debt of $10,000 remains cancelled. Given that, the Education Department holds these <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fly.finance\/blog\/education-loan\/student-loan-debt\/\">student loan debts<\/a><\/strong>.
